Sylvia's Writings - Need a Writer for Your Business?
My name is Sylvia Guillemette. I live in Connecticut, USA. I am a mom, a friend, a grandmother, a sister, an aunt, a daughter, a cousin, and a niece. I have been a newsletter publisher, a customer service/commercial specialist/delivery person for an auto parts store, an e-guide creator, and I enjoy helping people.
I've always loved to write. I created my first book, by hand, at the age of 8 years old. For several years, I wanted to learn how to create more books. I never knew how to get started. It's been on my mind ever since then.
From 2004 - 2010, I published Sylvia's E-zine News, a business newsletter. I would help new people find free and low cost advertising sources, to find different resources, tools, software, and other things. I sold advertising, and promoted customer ads from ad coops. I received a "Worldwide Who's Who" award.
When I was still working in the auto parts business, I helped customers find parts and accessories for their vehicles. I would come home sometimes and look up those things for the customer and print it out for them. I worked with other parts stores, garages, and dealerships to help my customers. I always went out of my way for my customers. I even created an e-Guide Car Care for Beginners to help people learn more about taking basic care of their cars.
I currently deliver the local newspaper in the afternoon. I have fantastic customers! I want to make sure I do the very best I can for them, so they have my name, address and direct phone number to reach me. They also received a survey to help me do a better job - find out what their thoughts are on my service. I have also created a guide for new and current news carriers, but it was never re-created to give to them.
My current goal - to create an e-Guide/brochure for new teen drivers to work with Driver's Ed Schools and classes. There is more to a car than just driving it - is what I am working on.
If you wish to see any of my guides, for the news carrier one I can write it specifically for each newspaper or The Automotive Basics can be requested by email.
Thank you for your valuable time!
Sincerely,
Sylvia Guillemette
